18 Euoin AIRSHIP SERVICE PLAN PROPOSED Special Fleet of Liners. Will Be Constructed Each 900 Feet Long and Capacity of 100 By United Press LONDON Nov 2 Airship passen ger service encircling threefourths of the globe will soon be inaugurated. The British government is expected shortly to announce plans for a gov ernment air service between England and India. It will operate on a larger scale than anything heretofore conceived.

Later the service will be extended to Australia Definite plans have also been pre pared for the establishment of a reg ular airship line across the Atlantic. This latter venture has been under taken by the general air service Officials of the Britsh air ministry state that they are prepared to offer any assistance. It is not impossible that the trans oceanic airway will be run in conjunction with the British governments Indian service A special fleet of huge aircraft will be constructed for the route between London and. New York Eachship will be 900 feet long 114 feet in diam eter and capable of carrying 100 pas sengers.
