I By RUTH DEAN F Star Staff Writer A crowd of 7000 jubilant Republicans filled Uline Arena last night for a rally that had all the trappings of a dreas rehearsal for the Re publican National Conven tion next July. With President Eisenhower as the keynoter the 4hour Picture on Page 02 rally came to a wildly cheer ing close after the Presidents address indorsing Vice Pres ident Nixon as his successor for the Republican Partys presidential nomination.
