At the moment we do not wish to discuss the fact that Dr Bosley was detained at the City Hall and could therefore not keep his appointment but rather to discuss the effort to obtain pure milk for the city.

It is generally admitted that Baltimore is fortunately situated geographically for an excellent milk supply. It is also generally admitted that the milk is as bad as is furnished to any city.
