4 ARMISTICE D fi Y PASSES WITH CEREMONY With a day of exercises that came to a climax last night at Washington Auditorium with an address by President Hoover Washington yesterday marked the eleventh anniversary of Armistice Day Throughout the day exercises of all kinds were held in com memoration of the Americans who made the supreme sacrifice. The American Legion the Gold Star Mothers the Washington High School Cadets the Wash Ington Chamber of Commerce the Junior Red Cross Council and the Daughters of the Ameri can Revolution honored the Un known Soldier. The Seven composed of the welfare associa tions also gathered at the shrine to pay their tribute Woodmw Wilson Honored. To Woodrow Wilson homage was paid at the Washington Cathedral.

The sendee centered about the tomb of the war time President. The Right Rev James E Free man Episcopal Bishop of Wash ington said Woodrow Wilson died as hero ically fior the cause of world peace and liberty as any soldier who died on the field of battle Mrsr Wilson the Presidents widow sent a wreath that was placed on the tomb Wreaths also were placed on the tomb by National Ctommander O L Boden bamer.
