New Service PARIS July 6M Caillaux min tater of finance will ask the cab feet which will meet at 6 oclock tonight to name the members of the Commission to be sent to Washing ton tonegotiate a settlement of the French war debt to the United States.

The finance ministry officially Announced that Caillaux probably would go both to London and Wash ington to negotiate the final details at French debt funding and at the same time determine conditions for a new loan of a billion dollars Would Welcome Caillaux _ When it was announced that France would send a debt mission to America official Washingaon let it be known that the presence of Caillaux as head of this mission Would be welcomed by the United _ States as indicating the importance France attaches to the debtfunding problem. The official announcement today aid that the visit probably would be made during the Parliamentary vacation Jn August. The new French loan expected to follow on the heels of settlement of the American and British obliga tions would be.
