In The High Steppers which had its first local showing at the Palace Theatre last night Edwin Carewer presents the movie ver sion of one of the most popular of the Sir Philip Gibbs novels it is a First National release featur ing Mary Astor and Lloyd Hughes. The story is a moving one.
