As sociation The organization was ef fected in the Willard Hotel and the assemblage present included both of ficial and unofficial representatives of the various patriotic organiza tions Brig Gen Lloyd M Brett com Tnanderlnchlef of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States was elected chairman of the execu tive committee to serve until the selection of a national president Other officers elected are Vice presidents Robert G Woodstde mem ber of the council of administration of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mrs B E Gill state deputy of the Veterans of Foreign Wans of Illinois.
